Dr. Chelita DuBois
Chelita's therapeutic style focuses on helping clients understand the mind-body connection. In essence, helping clients understand how thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs can positively or negatively affect biological functioning. She approaches therapy from an integrative perspective; utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy framework, motivational interviewing, and a strengths based perspective, while also recognizing the role of the value system within the therapeutic process. She facilitates this approach through individual therapy with adolescents and adults.

Erika DuBois, LPC, LCPC
In therapy with Erika DuBois, you can look forward to a feminist approach in which she explores how social, cultural, and political forces are impacting your life and psychological functioning. She envisions her role in the therapeutic relationship as a passenger. She believes the client is the driver of the car - you're in control where we go and how fast the therapeutic process proceeds. Erika may have a map or a sense of which way the therapeutic journey could go, but the course is always up to you.

You can expect Erika to use cognitive behavioral therapy principles which means she will engage you in thought work. She believes our thoughts determine our emotions and behaviors, so challenging our core beliefs is key to changing how you feel and how you act.
Erika also works with choice theory frequently. She believes that we all are doing the best we can, all the time, to meet our needs moment-by-moment, AND we’re responsible for making the best choices for ourselves.
